{Paleo} Food Prep and Meal Planning for week of: 4/27-5/2/14

Hi all!

I know it has been awhile since I wrote up a new meal planning post and wanted to share what I am eating this week.  I am really excited to try a few new recipes this week including PaleOMG’s chocolate chip cookie dough protein balls, say that 3 times fast! I will let you know the verdict on those. This morning was an early and productive morning so, I am glad I did most of my food prep yesterday and this afternoon I will finish it up.

I can’t stress the importance of food prepping and meal planning each week, it saves so much time later in the week and you know what meals you are having each day.

What a great resource you’ve provided here! And for the record you and I really, really should be friend- it looks like we meal prep/cook the same- Make lots so you can cook less and eat more 🙂 I can’t wait to hear what you think about the cookie dough protein balls!

    • Thank you! I know we really really should!!! For now we can be virtual friends 😃 I made the protein balls and they are soooo good! One ball came out to roughly 120 calories and almost 8 grams of protein! I think that’s pretty good😃
